In partnership with the DC Department of Health and Human Services, Kingman offers subsidized or free admission to youth between the ages of 5 and 12, depending on a family’s income. Priority for placement goes to children whose families are TANF participants, working parents, children with disabilities, and children entering the child protective service or foster care system. Fees are based on family size and income level.
However, we offer additional programming and services to youth through the age of 18.
